When posting listings (real estate, auto sales, services, business opportunities, jobs, or general items), you agree to:

• Include genuine photos/videos that accurately represent the product
• Disclose all material defects, conditions, or limitations
• Not post duplicate listings or spam content
• Price items honestly without misleading pricing tactics
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on OverseasDesi:

OverseasDesi is a classifieds marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We facilitate communication and listing visibility but are not a direct party to transactions between users.

Users are responsible for:

• Negotiating and completing transactions directly
• Verifying the legitimacy of counterparties
• Compliance with all tax obligations
• Any applicable transaction fees (clearly disclosed)

We strongly recommend using secure payment methods and meeting in safe, public locations for local transactions.

All content on the platform (excluding user-generated listings) including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and compilations is owned by OverseasDesi or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

By posting content on OverseasDesi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and related marketing channels.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform's integrity.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may remove your listings. You may appeal termination by contacting our support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OverseasDesi and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where OverseasDesi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
